Sales Manager / Senior Executive - Adarsh Developers

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 4 - 8 years in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial projects. 

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase properties.

  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals to meet or exceed targets. 

  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, operations, legal, and finance teams to ensure process alignment. 

  • Maintain accurate reports on pipeline, conversions, and client interactions via CRM.

Ideal Profile

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related disciplines. 

  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal communication, MS Office and CRM proficiency.

  • Attributes: Target-driven, organized, proactive, robust client-handling capabilities.

  • Language: Fluency in English; Kannada and Hindi advantageous.
