Sales Manager / Senior Executive - Adarsh Developers
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 4 - 8 years in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial projects.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase properties.

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals to meet or exceed targets.

Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Collaborate with marketing, CRM, operations, legal, and finance teams to ensure process alignment.

Maintain accurate reports on pipeline, conversions, and client interactions via CRM.
Ideal Profile

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related disciplines.

Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal communication, MS Office and CRM proficiency.

Attributes: Target-driven, organized, proactive, robust client-handling capabilities.

Language: Fluency in English; Kannada and Hindi advantageous.
