Job Description
As an Assistant Manager Sales at Tribe, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy at the property level. Your main duties will include generating and converting leads, managing channel partners, nurturing corporate tie-ups, and ensuring full occupancy across student accommodation and premium hospitality offerings. Additionally, you will oversee daily sales reports, lead a small team if necessary, and collaborate closely with the marketing and operations departments to meet Tribes growth targets. Your key responsibilities will include executing high-volume cold calls and follow-ups with prospective clients, building a strong pipeline through various channels, meeting and surpassing monthly occupancy and revenue targets, designing and implementing campus engagement plans, closing sales through different methods, maintaining updated sales reports, and managing client and partner relationships effectively. You will also need to work closely with the marketing team on lead quality, campaigns, and offline events, collaborate with operations regarding room availability and guest satisfaction, and provide regular sales insights and feedback to the leadership team. The ideal candidate for this role would have 3-4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or front-line managerial roles, proven expertise in cold calling and lead conversions, strong proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/reporting tools, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, target-driven attitude, and prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or student housing would be preferred.
