Job Description
You will be responsible for entry-level hiring across all programs at [24]7 Inc, including sourcing and evaluating agents to ensure first-day Full Load Equivalent (FLE) numbers are met according to plan requisites. Your main duties will involve meeting the business manpower needs through capacity planning, scheduling, and operations. Additionally, you will need to critically assess the cost of recruitment and find ways to achieve targets with minimal expenses, while also positioning the company as a top employer in the industry through effective branding and market positioning. Data analysis and management, team development, and managing early attrition will be key components of your role. You must have an educational qualification of MBA/PGDM with a specialization in HR and possess 3-5 years of HR work experience, preferably in the ITES/IT sector. Previous experience leading a team of 4 to 6 members for a minimum of 2 years is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is required, along with excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Strong analytical skills, vendor relationship management, business acumen, problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and performance management are essential for success in this role. You should be able to proactively plan and execute based on hiring standards, work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to team activities to resolve issues and achieve results.,
