Job Description
Position: Assistant Manager QC Location: Haridwar We are looking for an Assistant Manager - QC to manage quality control activities for IVD products, with a focus on biochemical assays and reagents. The role includes ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing QC testing, and supporting cross-functional teams. Expertise in biochemistry is essential. Key Responsibilities Manage QC Processes: Oversee QC for biochemical assays and reagents to ensure product quality and compliance with standards (ISO 13485, FDA regulations). Testing & Validation: Conduct and supervise biochemical tests on raw materials, in-process, and final products. Team Supervision: Lead and train the QC team, ensuring adherence to SOPs. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure QC procedures meet regulatory requirements and prepare for audits. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, production, and QA teams to address quality issues. Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and optimize QC workflows. Qualifications Education: Bachelors/Masters in Biochemistry or related field. Experience: 5+ years in QC within the IVD or medical device industry. Skills: Knowledge of biochemical testing (e.g., ELISA, spectrophotometry), regulatory standards, and team leadership.
