Job Description

As an Assistant in Project Execution at Piramal Realty, located in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to support the timely delivery of projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure that the execution aligns with the master schedule and coordinate with internal resources to meet set timelines and milestones. It will be essential to identify deviations or delays in site progress and escalate them as necessary. Your key internal stakeholders will include the Projects, Commercial, and MEP teams, while you will also collaborate with external stakeholders such as Consultants, Contractors, Architects, and Vendors Agencies. Reporting directly to the Site Head, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects.
