Job Description

You will be responsible for conceiving new products in the IVR and SMS domain for domestic and international clients. Additionally, you will oversee all promotional and engagement verbiages for the sales team, ensure delivery of SMS services, and conduct technical testing of new products, SMS content, IVR recordings, flow, and OBD recordings. You will coordinate and ideate new SMS content, create concept notes and product notes for all mobile products, and develop presentations. Furthermore, you will be involved in reporting, MIS creation, content acquisition, data mining, market and competitor analysis, and implementing learnings in product development. An appreciation of product profitability is essential.
