Job Description

Conduct internal audits of procurement processes to ensure compliance with policies and standards. Analyse and identify gaps in procurement practices and recommend process improvements. Support process excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operations. Assist in preparing audit reports and follow up on action plans for corrective measures. Maintain and update procurement documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Coordinate with internal and external auditor for audit and timely closer of NC Requirements: B.Tech degree with 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect procurement. Basic understanding of indirect procurement processes and related market trends. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of ERP systems SAP will be an advantage.,
