Job Description
As an Assistant Manager in Outbound Warehouse at Beyoung Folks Private limited, you will play a crucial role in optimizing space utilization, supervising warehouse operations, reporting and documentation, team management, and inventory management. You will need to strategize warehouse layout to maximize efficiency, manage activities such as receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping of products, generate reports on inventory levels and performance, lead and motivate warehouse staff, and implement inventory control procedures. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, strong knowledge of MS Excel, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and effective communication and collaboration abilities. Both graduate and postgraduate qualifications are preferred for this position.
