What youll do: 1. Align for Billing based on the PD Pulse Call and Plan Shipment execution. 2. Order expedite align to Customer requirement 3. Must have SAP Knowledge skill in WM & OM 4. Delivery Creation for Customer orders on daily Basis. 5. Co-ordination with sales and CFT Team to Support Customer demand 6. High Sea Sales Shipment / Drop Shipment execution 7. Co-ordinate with sales to clear it on Commercial Points in line with Customer Order execution 8. Co-ordinate with Chennai Trade Warehouse / Plant Billing 9. Execution of Bonded Billing by co-ordinate with FTWZ, DHL Team Chennai. 10. Co-ordinate with Finance for Credit Hold Release for Billing. 11. Publish Transporter OTD performance to sales on Monthly Basis 12. Publish Monthly Freight spend Report 13. Drive for Cost Out on Freight Spend 14. Co-ordinate with Transporters to ensure the timely delivery at Customer end and improve their transporter Delivery performance. 15. Managing overall PD FG WH Management: Control Inventory, Stock put away process, Shipment execution & Effective WH space Utilization. Qualifications: Education-BE with MBA Experience range- 7-10 years Skills: 1) High Sea Sales Shipment / Drop Shipment execution 2) Co-ordinate with sales to clear it on Commercial Points in line with Customer Order execution 3) Co-ordinate with Chennai Trade Warehouse / Plant Billing,
