Looking for a candidate for Assistant Manager/Lead Assistant Manager position with strong analytical skills, self-driven, target oriented who can work in a dynamic and fast pace environment. Should strong command on identifying process gaps and risks and taking corrective actions and establishing controls to fix the same. Work Location - Noida Shifts - UK Shifts Key Responsibility Areas including preferred Skills and Experience Assist the stakeholders with tax schedule preparation for UK/London markets Experience in VAT return fillings (Preferably Belgium & UK) Handel intercompany reconciliations and elimination to ensure accurate consolidation results Prepare and review critical balance sheet reconciliations along with required research & analysis to substantiate the GL Balance with independent support Liaison with key stakeholders providing further analysis, explanation and understanding where required Good understanding of Insurance Accounting and its terminologies Prior experience in consolidation will be an added advantage Skillset Required: Competencies: Working knowledge of Record to Report/General Accounting/Insurance Accounting Good Communication Skills (both verbal and written) Good knowledge of MS Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook) Working knowledge of ERP/Reconciliation solution like Oracle/SAP/Blackline is preferred Mandate Education CA/ICWA/ACCA,
