Job Description
Assistant Manager - Key Accounts - Express Logistics
- Owns and manages the customer experience for large (Maha) customers
- End to end responsibility for customer experience/ essential services
- Manager customer experience in compliance with all company procedures
- Manages the end to end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures.
- Owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective solution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders.
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
- Collect and analyze sales data and trends
- Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales
- Publish regular insights reports to measure and track KPIs against benchmarks.
- Lead analytics presentations to business stakeholders.
- Create customer performance dashboards and present RCA of performance metrics, per customer, that are failing for service intervention
- Leverage CX data to identify opportunities to improve customer service and customer experience.
