Assistant Manager IT Operations * Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology Experience : 5 7 Yrs Preferred Candidates Location : Mumbai (Mumbai/Thane/Dombivali/Kalyan) Location of Job : Asangaon Job Profile : Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance and support of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions. Lead IT operations projects, including upgrades, deployments, and improvements, ensuring timely and successful completion. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback. Adhere to and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the IT team. Provide exceptional technical support to employees, resolving issues in a timely manner. Monitor and analyse system performance, identifying and addressing any potential issues proactively.,
