Job Description
Monitor all SOPs, processes, systems, and software related to the Installation department. Ensure complete collection of drawing details and that Kick-Off, Recheck, and Installation activities are executed as per standard timelines and quality guidelines. Ensure site readiness and resolve any site-related issues promptly. Oversee unloading and thorough cross-checking of furniture components at the site with due care. Adhere to pricing guidelines for all PAN India installations. Establish departmental goals and objectives and ensure their successful achievement. Motivate, manage, and monitor the performance of department staff. Report departmental performance through appropriate systems and processes. Conduct technical training sessions for the team. Monitor daily productivity and expense reports of technicians. Conduct periodic spot checks of ongoing jobs to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Control and maintain installation costs through effective contractor management. Ensure proper care, storage, and inventory management of field team tools and equipment. Ensure the safety and well-being of all field service technicians.,
