You will be responsible for converting inbound leads to sales from exporters seeking cross-border shipment solutions. Your role will involve educating potential customers about Intoglo's services, offering detailed explanations of the door-to-door shipment process. It is essential to maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to successfully close deals and ensure closure. Additionally, you will be expected to update CRM systems regularly and provide daily progress reports to the leadership team.
