Job Description

You will be responsible for conducting periodic patrolling inspections and first/last inspections in the production process. You will analyze the results of measurement data and take appropriate actions to maintain and improve in-process Quality Activities. In addition, you will be in charge of handling Measuring machines & Instruments Calibration and repair activities for the entire plant. Your role will involve maintaining and enhancing the measurement processes according to the measuring method. You will also conduct outgoing/PDI inspections as per customer requirements. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining layout inspections, SPC, MSA activities, and customer audits. Your duties will include handling and controlling abnormal parts produced in the production process. Furthermore, you will provide training to team members related to quality. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 7 years of experience and possess excellent communication skills. You should be a proactive candidate who can take self-initiative towards improvement activities. Building strong relationships with suppliers and following Horensou (Reporting, communication, and discussion) are essential skills for this position.,
