Job Objective Drive Leadership Hiring for ACG Group to build strong Global work force in line with Strategic Business Plan. Liaise with Internal stakeholders within ACG Group to ensure business needs are met. Be the Application Tracking System process owner for the group. Primary responsibilities Acquire talent to support the present and future Hiring requirements aligned to Business strategy. Manage end to end Talent Acquisition responsibilities for the Group for senior leadership positions (Sourcing, Screening, Offer Management, Employment Contract Management etc.). Develop proactive talent mapping of potential hires in partnership with the Talent Management COE to meet future requirements for the group. Responsible for core TA KPIs: TAT, Diversity and Inclusion and quality of hiring. Execute Best hiring practices in acquiring the new talent. Manage International and Domestic search partners empanelment. Manage exceptions and liaise with internal as well as external stakeholders. Generate MIS and maintain data for International TA and HR related processes. Keep internal stakeholders updated on their hiring requirements. Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR. Manage and optimize online TA platform, including Applicant Tracking Systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors), to capture required analytics and improve process efficiency. Define digital media objectives for talent acquisition and utilize social networking and digital recruiting mediums to attract candidates.
