Hiring for Assistant Manager HR for Manufacturing Company
Exp- 3-5 Years
CTC -6 LPA
Location Gurugram Sector 65
Roles & Responsibilities :
Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including salary revisions, arrears, and full & final settlements.
Statutory Compliance: Manage PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other labor law compliances. Ensure timely filing and remittance of statutory dues. Obtaining statutory licenses such as Factory License and Shop & Establishment License.
Audit Coordination: Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits. Liaise with auditors and government authorities.
Employee File Management: Maintain comprehensive employee records including personal details, contracts, attendance, and statutory documents.
Annual Returns Filing: Ensure timely and accurate filing of annual returns under applicable labor laws and regulations.
NAPS (Apprenticeship Scheme) Management: Coordinate with government bodies and internal teams to onboard apprentices under NAPS. Ensure compliance with scheme guidelines.
HR Policy Implementation: Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies in line with statutory requirements and organizational goals.
MIS & Reporting: Generate reports on payroll, compliance, and employee metrics.
