The job involves serving as the primary point of contact for all customer IT account management matters. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. Exploring opportunities for incorporating new technologies such as AI to enhance efficiencies will be a key aspect of the role. Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors is essential. Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of IT solutions based on customer needs and objectives is a crucial responsibility. It is important to effectively communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders. Forecasting and monitoring key account metrics, such as quarterly service levels and annual forecasts, will be part of the job. You will also be required to prepare reports on account status and assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as necessary.
