Job Description: As an Assistant Manager - AR, you will provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring productivity, quality, and overall project performance. Your responsibilities will include guiding the team to complete daily workloads within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT), monitoring and managing workflow to meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and resolving any personnel issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for learning and implementing new client systems, organizing training for new and existing team members as per project requirements, identifying training needs within the team, and conducting regular performance reviews. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in US healthcare with a strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) concepts. Additionally, you should possess excellent people management, interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills. Client management skills are also crucial for success in this position. A graduation degree is mandatory for this role.
