Job Description
As a Business Development personnel in the solar industry, your primary responsibility will be to promote rooftop solar projects and ideas, as well as Grid Complete solutions. You will be tasked with effectively coordinating with customers, the Project Management Team, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, achieving a 100% On Time Delivery (OTD) rate. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing bills and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts due from customers. Your role may also involve working on Connected Solar Projects or Off-Grid Projects, as well as exploring new business development opportunities in the solar sector. This includes handling the entire process from tendering to retail sales, focusing on Sales, New Account Development, and Customer Development. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Being customer-oriented and having strong networking abilities are also crucial for success in this position. The ideal candidate should have a background in the solar industry and hold a qualification of B.E./B.Tech, with an MBA being preferred. Location for this position is in Delhi/NCR, and the minimum required experience is 2 years.
