Job Description
As an Assistant Manager - Business Development, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the top recruiters in the country and contribute to expanding the company's presence across India. Your main responsibilities will include closing deals with SMEs over the phone and initiating sales conversations with potential large customers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve closing sales calls over the phone whenever possible, as well as conducting client meetings and finalizing deals. To excel in this role, you should ideally have 1-3 years of experience in technology product sales (B2B). We are looking for candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills, who can effectively understand client problems and demonstrate how our solutions can address their needs. The ideal candidate will also possess maturity, be able to handle stress and demanding client requirements, and demonstrate qualities such as self-drive, persistence, quick thinking, and goal orientation.
