Job Description
Job Description: Executive Assistant cum Admin Associate Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: 1. Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings of partners and making minutes of meetings. 2. Coordinating with vendors and making travel arrangements including but not limited to web check-ins. 3. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and presentations. 4. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication and correspondence effectively. 5. Coordinating with clients for DSCs, keeping records for DSCs on ERPCA and an excel sheet maintaining all the important details of the clients. Administrative Assistance: 1. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies. 2. Maintaining database of vendors and handle day-to-day dealing and required coordination with them. Office Management: 1. Oversee general office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment. Communication and Coordination: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing communication as necessary. 2. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives. 3. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 7 years of relevant experience. 2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. 7. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. Note: Designation will be offered according to the years of experience and performance during the interview.
