Overview The Assistant Manager - Account & Finance plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization. They are responsible for supporting the Manager in managing the accounting and financial functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing accurate financial information to assist in decision-making. Key Responsibilities Implementing and maintaining the organization's financial policies and procedures Assisting in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reports Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support strategic decision-making Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports Handling tax planning and compliance Supervising a team of finance and accounting staff Assisting in the external audit process Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards Participating in financial planning and strategy development Supporting the Manager in special projects and initiatives Monitoring and controlling cash flow Developing and implementing cost-effective measures Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation Assisting in financial risk management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance Proven experience with financial reporting and analysis Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to lead and motivate a team Detail-oriented and organized approach to work Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Sound knowledge of budget management and forecasting Proficient in MS Excel and other financial tools Experience in financial risk management High level of integrity and ethical conduct Skills: financial analysis,accounting software,budget management,financial reporting,team leadership,accounting,compliance,
