Assistant Manager

Brief Job Description:

  • Manage and   lead team in the performance of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting processes
  • Handle complex processes activities
  • Monitor Aged accounts Payable activities
  • Manage and resolve customer enquiries 
  • Ensure adherence to the SLA 
  • Ensure accurate and timely month end close processing
  • Ensure all the activities are completed within due dates specified by CLIENT 
  • Initiate and facilitate continuous process improvements 
  • Work closely with team and onsite Team Leads and Managers
  • Evaluating and reviewing project accounting for compliance with corporate accounting policies as they relate to particular service engagements and projects

  • Understanding of end-to-end processes and appreciation of critical parameters 
  • Problem identification and analytical ability. 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office

Technical Skill Requirements: 

 

  • Strong accounting knowledge with PTP experience
  • Must be computer literate; Excel, Word, PPT
  • Manages   small-size teams (Player/Coach)
  • First level escalation for the team members
  • Knowledge of financial systems is desired
  • Good written and Oral communication skills 
  • Ability to document the process 
  • Handles daily /weekly calls
  • Review/QC tasks performed by associates
  • US Healthcare experience/knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of any Financial Management system is desired
