Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the key result areas (KRA) for the regions of Tamil Nadu (TN), Kerala (KER), and Karnataka. Your tasks will include ensuring the forward logistic turnaround time (TAT) for customer device pickups and service center submissions, as well as managing the reverse logistic process for service center device pickups and customer drop-offs. Maintaining a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 60 and above for Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka will be a crucial part of your role. You will also need to meet the daily SR closure targets and oversee hygiene activities such as handling replacements, defective devices, and invoice clearances. Your role will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in the specified regions.,
