For details contact : amritaalumnihq@amrita.edu Job Title Assistant Manager Location Kollam, Kerala Required Number 1 Job description The Assistant Manager in the Directorate of Alumni Relations helps carry out daily tasks such as managing alumni records, supporting events, coordinating communications, and responding to alumni inquiries. They work closely with the team to support every campus reunion, networking events, and outreach programs, helping to strengthen ties between the university and its alumni. In addition to regular duties, the Assistant Manager enjoys taking on small creative projects such as designing newsletters, creating email or social media content, developing alumni spotlights, or helping with themed event planning. This role is ideal for someone who is organized and detail-oriented but also enjoys using creativity to bring fresh ideas to alumni engagement efforts. Need to travel and conduct Alumni Chapter meets in various cities in India, Open new Alumni Chapters as well. Reports to the Director, Directorate Of Alumni Relations. Qualification If UG, with 2 years experience required. If any PG/MBA, freshers are welcome. Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam and optionally, Hindi. Outgoing personality a plus.
