Job Description
As an Assistant Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, you will play a crucial role in driving and implementing multi-faceted digital campaigns in India. Your primary responsibility will be managing digital marketing campaigns on a day-to-day basis, including the implementation of paid media, SEO, email, and marketing fulfilment to support campaigns effectively. You will work closely with marketing and service line teams to ensure high-performing digital campaigns align with global themes and meet regional and local requirements. Your role will involve project managing campaign execution across key digital channels and utilizing CRM, CMS, and Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Sitecore. By leveraging data and analytics, you will identify the most successful activities in terms of return on investment, client engagement, and content effectiveness. Key responsibilities include becoming a superuser on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Engage for email campaign execution, optimizing campaigns throughout their duration, and reporting key metrics back to the business. Additionally, you will embed processes to manage large-scale campaigns effectively and utilize various marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. To excel in this role, you must possess strong project management and digital marketing skills, demonstrate a proactive approach to campaign execution and reporting, and have the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with tight deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, along with experience working across multiple countries. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing/data experience, preferably in a B2B business background. Experience with platforms such as Salesforce (including Marketing Cloud), Sitecore, and Social and SEM platforms is preferred.
