JOB PROFILE: Assistant Manager, Market Research & Business Development

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  MBA in Agri-Business Management with 1-2 years of working experience in the business development domain working closely with Dealers/Distributors/Retailers/Farmers
  •  This position requires knowledge of farm machinery getting used for agricultural ground crops like Knapsack sprayer, power sprayer, Portable
  • Engine Sprayer, HTP Pump, Boom Sprayer, Mulcher, rotavator etc.
  •  Market Research product wise, crop wise & geography wise to finalize the product specifications, Target Price, and sales strategy around the product.
  •  Development of B2B Sales channel
  •  Data analysis with the help of excel and other tools to draw the decisions.
  •  Expertise in Excel, Power Point & office tools
  •  Taking leadership and project management responsibilities on a range of engagement

BACKGROUND & SKILLS:

  •  Good communication skills to communicate with diverse stakeholders ranging from market/business partners, farmers, government officials, andinternational colleagues.
  •  Strong presentation skills (verbal, interactive with preparing slides, etc.)
  •  Able to plan work and organize activities, self-driven, and proactive in work-approach.
