Job Title: Assistant HR Manager Generalist Location: Adyar, Chennai Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week) Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Languages Required: Fluent in Hindi and English Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant HR Manager Generalist to join our team in Adyar, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience handling end-to-end HR functions and must be fluent in both Hindi and English. This role demands a people-oriented professional with strong HR operational skills and a good understanding of compliance and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, procedures, and systems across departments. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution in a timely and effective manner. Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in performance management processes, appraisals, and career development discussions. Coordinate training and development programs based on organizational needs. Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture building. Generate and maintain HR MIS reports, attendance, and leave records. Key Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of proven HR generalist experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
