Assist in resolving employee disputes and grievances. Promote a positive workplace culture. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Maintain and update employee records. Support the performance review process. Help develop and implement performance improvement plans. Track employee performance metrics. Identify training needs and assist in organizing training programs. Support career development initiatives.
