As an Assistant Director - Manager in Innovation Risk at EY, you will play a crucial role in the GDS Risk Management Services Innovation Risk function in India. Your primary focus will be on Innovation Risk, Compliance, and Governance, supporting the Risk Management and service line teams in reviewing Global EY external electronic and printed publications. With 10-12 years of relevant experience, you will demonstrate a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with Risk Management, Responsible AI, and EY style guide standards, driving the enablement of AI systems across service lines, and contributing to the development of risk and governance frameworks for AI and other emerging technologies. You will collaborate with various teams within the innovation risk ecosystem, such as Legal, InfoSec, Compliance, SLQ leaders, and Global Innovation Leadership teams, to identify and mitigate risks associated with AI systems. Additionally, your technical skills will be put to use by utilizing digital tools like EYQ and generative AI platforms, and your business skills will be essential in stakeholder management, project execution, and risk assessment for AI Systems. A postgraduate qualification, familiarity with AI landscape and responsible innovation practices, and experience in Risk Management domain are preferred qualifications for this role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, and risk management tools are essential, along with excellent communication and research abilities.
