Job Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production designs for machinery and equipment. This role offers an opportunity to work on sustainable solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. Responsibilities Design, update, and maintain designs using Solidworks Build Fabrication and Production Designs Use engineering principles to develop new equipment designs Manage multiple projects at the same time Reverse Engineering of new designs based on available data Guide Production team on design implementation Locate and identify suitable vendors for materials included in design Communication with vendors for bought out item specifications Assist in new product development Qualifications Diploma or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree CAD experience Proficiency in Solidworks is a must Should have strong analytical skills Knowledge of Torque calculations and heat transfer preferred Should possess knowledge of sheet metal fabrication Minimum 2 years Experience in mechanical design Job Location You will report to our production unit at Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
