As a Porter, your responsibilities will include: - Acquiring and maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads to ensure a consistent supply/demand balance. - Engaging in supply/customer retention activities and ensuring high service quality for users and drivers. - Moderating and leveraging the driver/customer community to enhance service quality. - Implementing marketing and branding initiatives based on BTL plans. - Gathering market intelligence and creating actionable insights. - Analyzing data, preparing reports, identifying business problems, and proposing solutions. - Developing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures and Policies for process improvement. - Leading a team of high-performing individuals, ensuring team efficiency and service quality.
