Job Description

The job involves assisting the Chief Engineer in various aspects related to the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), development of goals and objectives for engineering staff, budget planning, cost control for engineering projects, creating purchasing specifications, and competitive bid analysis. You will also be required to assist in emergency response and disaster recovery efforts, planning and coordinating engineering projects and activities, procurement of equipment and materials, and major repairs and maintenance of building and equipment. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include assisting with maintenance and engineering issues such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and ensuring 100% uptime on all ongoing projects or operations. You will also be involved in maintaining electronic documentation of all OCP items, administering inventory control programs and systems, and providing support to other mechanics and operators. This is a full-time position with benefits including food provision and health insurance. The work schedule involves rotational shifts.
