The ideal candidate for the Assistant Call Center Manager position at Makshi Infotech Pvt. Ltd. will play a crucial role in supporting the Call Center Manager to ensure outstanding customer service and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include assisting in daily call center operations, maintaining high standards in customer interactions, supervising and motivating team members, monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for process improvements, resolving escalated customer complaints effectively, preparing reports on call center and employee performance, and collaborating with management to enhance operations. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, have at least 3 years of experience in a call center environment with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role, possess strong leadership and people management skills, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and call center software applications, exhibit problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
