Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position should have a High School diploma or equivalent, with a preference for college level coursework in accounting. You should have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in bookkeeping or responsible accounting clerk or clerical work, or a combination of relevant training and experience. It is essential to have a working knowledge of Excel/Word programs, as well as proficiency in using standard office machines including copy machines. In addition, you must demonstrate a strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and standards. Passing the Bookkeeper Test with School Accounting with a score of 70 or higher is required for this role. Furthermore, possessing a valid Florida driver's license is mandatory for this position.
