Responsibilities: Assist in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence. Maintain and organize student records, attendance, and other essential documents, ensuring compliance with school policies and regulations. Serve as a point of contact for staff, students, and parents, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed. Support the planning and execution of school events, meetings, and activities, including logistics and materials preparation. Input and update data in school management systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a well-functioning environment. Work closely with teachers and administrative staff to facilitate communication and enhance overall school operations. Address and resolve minor administrative issues as they arise, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness. Qualifications: Education: Associates degree or higher in Administration, Education, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a school or educational environment. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
