Job Description
You will be responsible for mobilizing financial products and effectively communicating with prospective customers in the assigned area. Your key responsibilities will include acquiring new clients and reactivating existing clients by selling wealth management products such as debentures and Non-Convertible Debentures. It will be crucial for you to meet business targets for yourself and your team, building relationships with a wide range of customers through a direct approach, and handling a group of HNI (High Net Worth Exclusive) clients. Additionally, you will need to conduct HNI meets and customer interaction programs within the location, ensure timely reporting of Business MIS, and lead all associates of the location. Your role will involve planning and achieving a minimum target per month, recruiting freelance business associates working on a commission basis, and providing training, guidance, and assistance to the team to help them source business effectively. You will be accountable for ensuring team members comply with company rules, regulations, and procedures, maintaining discipline within the team, and conducting periodic performance reviews of subordinates, reporting to the RM. The position is based in Cochin and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Institutions, along with a graduate degree or equivalent qualification. The salary offered will be as per industry standards.,
