Job Description

Responsibilities Supervise the assembly process, ensuring all components are assembled according to design specifications and timelines. Lead a team of assembly technicians, providing guidance and resolving any technical or procedural issues. Ensure assembled machines meet quality and performance standards, conducting tests and inspections as necessary. Identify opportunities to improve assembly efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance productivity through process refinement. Work closely with design and fabrication departments to address any assembly-related challenges and ensure alignment with project requirements. Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, machine configurations, and operational data for future reference. Enforce safety protocols during machine assembly operations, ensuring compliance with company and industry safety standards. Key Skills Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings Ability to lead a team and coordinate multiple assembly projects Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Familiarity with machine tools and assembly equipment Understanding of safety standards in a mechanical assembly environment Preferred Experience Hands-on experience in assembling complex machinery Knowledge of automation systems and industrial equipment Experience with ISO standards and lean manufacturing principles Familiarity with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems,
