You will be responsible for designing and developing assembly processes for mechanical components. Collaboration with design and production teams will be essential to ensure smooth integration. It will be your duty to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly-related issues that may arise. You will also need to implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality in the assembly processes. Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of assembly processes will be a key part of your role. Furthermore, you will be required to train and support assembly personnel in best practices.
