The ideal candidate for the ASP .NET Developer position should have an expert or very good knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript/jQuery frameworks for frontend development. They should be proficient in using Asp.Net, C#.Net, MVC, MS SQL Server, and WEB APIs. Additionally, the candidate should possess expertise or very good knowledge of Object-oriented Programming Concepts. It would be beneficial for the candidate to have knowledge of WinForms applications/WPF. Proficiency in Web Services, Windows services, and WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) is essential. The candidate should have experience in developing both Windows and web-based applications. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role.
