As a Manager at Paints HO in Jharkhand, India, your role will involve key result areas such as pre-launch strategies and post-launch initiatives for a challenger brand. You will be responsible for building the Go-To-Market strategy, identifying the ideal customer base, creating value matrices, and devising sales strategies in a competitive market. Your tasks will include developing product demand generation methodologies, designing content marketing strategies, and establishing performance indicators to measure sales progress. Additionally, you will strategize customer retention plans to foster long-term relationships. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in strategizing and creating a business entry blueprint for the brand in a disruptive environment. This will entail setting clear business goals, planning budgets and resource requirements, conducting market research, and building a unique value proposition to differentiate the challenger product. You will also design strategy-based collaterals to support the product's entry into the market. In the post-launch phase, your focus will be on maintaining sustainable sales potential by driving innovative initiatives, achieving sales KPIs, and increasing market share. You will be responsible for designing and implementing field activations to enhance product awareness and driving the performance of trade schemes and on-ground promotions for the challenger brand.
