Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated area. Identify sales opportunities, prospect potential clients, and generate leads to drive revenue growth. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular client visits, understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and capitalize on business opportunities. Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing initiatives to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing materials and initiatives to support sales efforts. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Analyze sales data, track sales activities, and provide insights and recommendations for sales improvement and optimization. Training and Development: Provide training, guidance, and support to sales team members, distributors, and partners to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services. Act as a point of contact for customer feedback and follow up on customer satisfaction.
