Job Description

EDUCATION: Graduate/ MBA in Marketing
Years of Experience:- 3 Years to 5 Years
Notice Period:- 30 Days Max
Location:- Noida Local candidates
Interview Process:- 1 virtual/Telephonic and 2nd with MD face to face.
Budget :- 6LPA max (male candidates) 
Construction and related field candidate consider.


Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales target, customer based on our industry, overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge.
Responsibilities:

  •  Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories.
  •  Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
  •  Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  •  Building strong relationships with key accounts.
  •  Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
  •  Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  •  Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  •  Provide ongoing training of your salespeople, promoting the organization and products.
  •  Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  •  Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance.
  •  Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
  •  Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
  •  Good in Follow up.
