The role involves building and maintaining relationships with artist and clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful collaborations. Oversee the programming process, coordinating with artists, performers, and technical staff to schedule and integrate performances and other artistic activities. Stay updated with current trends, emerging artists, and programming opportunities in the industry. Provide on-site management during events, overseeing the smooth execution of artist and programming elements. Maintain accurate records of artist and programming activities. Assist in budget planning and monitor expenditures related to artistic and programming aspects of events, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. The Talent Manager tasks includes an analyzing industry trends, generating leads, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service to talent and clients.
