You will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and implementing AI systems to meet business requirements. Your role will involve monitoring the performance of deployed scalable AI models and frameworks, making necessary adjustments or updates to enhance accuracy and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, define problems, and identify the goals and requirements of AI systems. Additionally, working closely with the development team will be essential to ensure seamless AI development and integration, defining APIs and protocols for communication between AI systems and external services. Documenting AI models and infrastructure, processes, and practices for reference, as well as presenting progress to the leadership team and stakeholders, will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring strong data security and privacy measures for data handled in AI applications is crucial. Staying updated with emerging AI research and technologies, initiating innovative solutions and improvements to advance AI capabilities, and conducting training sessions to share knowledge and expertise in AI with the team will be key aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field. You must have 1-2 years of experience in AI development, Natural Language Processing, and Large Language Models. A proven track record of deploying AI models in production is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C++ is essential, with experience in JAVA considered a plus. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is necessary. Experience with machine learning models and algorithms, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), deep learning, and concepts of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Natural Language Generation (NLG) is expected. An eagerness to learn and continuously expand knowledge in emerging fields, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with different teams, are also important qualities for this role.,
