As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in statutory, internal, and tax audits for a diverse range of clients. Your role will involve handling GST, income tax filings, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will play a key role in preparing financial statements, as well as management information system (MIS) reports. Furthermore, you will assist in ROC filings and corporate law compliance, ensuring that all legal requirements are met. Your responsibilities will also include conducting thorough research on taxation, accounting standards, and corporate governance to stay informed of relevant changes and updates. In addition to the above, you will have the opportunity to draft and review legal agreements, contracts, and compliance documents. Your expertise will be crucial in working on due diligence processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for corporate actions.
