Job Description
As an Art Teacher, you will play a vital role in guiding students towards excellence in Art and Crafts. Your primary focus will be on teaching various Indian and Western art styles, inspiring students to unleash their artistic talents and creativity. You will be responsible for planning and delivering well-structured art lessons that align with the school's liberal educational philosophy. Your key responsibilities will include teaching a variety of Indian art styles and crafts to students of different age groups, helping them develop their artistic skills and creativity. You will motivate and encourage students to excel in art, fostering a deep appreciation for different art forms. Developing effective and engaging lesson plans to ensure students" progress and understanding of artistic techniques will be crucial. As an Art Teacher, you will embrace the school's liberal philosophy in your teaching methods, promoting creativity and self-expression among students. Organizing and overseeing student participation in school art exhibitions, projects, and events will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to perform any other tasks assigned by the school administration as required. To qualify for this position, you should hold a BFA in any Specialization and have at least 2 years of experience in teaching art to school students. Your expertise in various Indian and Western art styles and crafts, along with fluency in English and strong communication skills, will enable you to effectively engage students.
