As an Art Director at our Gurugram location, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring creative teams to develop innovative design solutions for e-commerce, print media, and social media platforms. With 7-10 years of experience, you will oversee the visual identity of our brand across all channels, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to enhance user experience, drive online sales, and create engaging visual content that aligns with our brand messaging. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the creative process from concept to completion for all visual materials, maintaining the brand's visual identity. - Design and oversee the production of digital assets for our e-commerce platform, including website design, product pages, and promotional materials. - Oversee the design and production of print materials such as brochures, catalogs, and advertisements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. - Develop visual content strategies for social media platforms, collaborating with the social media team to create shareable content. - Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative creative environment. - Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging, presenting creative ideas to stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques to keep the brand current and competitive. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. - 7-10 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in e-commerce, print, and social media. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
