In this role, you will be tasked with creating and managing a network of Service Centers to deliver exceptional after-sales service to our customers. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with the Service Centers, collaborating to enhance service quality and efficiency, managing escalations effectively, possessing a good understanding of the Extended Warranty business, demonstrating sound technical knowledge of consumer durables and home appliances, and having a strong market network. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team, possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and analytical capabilities. Additionally, candidates should have a startup mentality and excel in a fast-paced learning environment.
